Shopping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Most items are shipped via FedEx and UPS. (FedEx occasionally hands items off to USPS for final delivery, called 'Smart Post' and 'Mail Innovations'*.) For all items valued at $1000 and higher, we require signatures to ensure safe delivery of your items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders placed before 3 pm EST: will be shipped the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow for up to 1-4 business days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASED?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We take all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, Etc..) Apple Pay and Google Pay . We cannot take checks or cash orders. We continue actively working on allowing more sorts of payment.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit data is transferred via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in our Payment gateway providers database exclusively to be available by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are obligated to maintain the information privately. After purchase, your private info(credit/Debit cards, financials, etc.) will not be saved on our servers.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To add an item to your cart, select on the product page. After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct finish and quantity. Once you are ready to order, select the green button located in your shopping cart. Returning Customers: Log into your account using the same email address and password you used to create the account. If the email address used to set up your account is no longer valid, contact our Customer Care at info@glazehardware.com to update your account or create a new account. New Customers: New customers will need to create an account. At the register link on the top right corner, once approved you can start placing orders online.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes - guests can browse the website and look at products and technical drawings, and you will need an account to access pricing and before placing orders online since GLAZE HARDWARE only sells B2B. If you are a business, please check out the registration page on the top right corner and fill out the registration form.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track one or multiple packages with the UPS or FedEx Tracking Number, that’s provided in the invoice once the order has been shipped out and paid, with your tracking number to track the status of your package.
