WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

At Glaze Hardware we offer UPS or FedEx. Before submitting your purchase, you will have the chance to review your total cost, without shipping. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Typical delivery time for Ground is 2-4 working days, our website receives orders 24 hours per day, seven days per week. We process orders throughout our hours of operation Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5:00 pm, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 3 pm EST will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 3 pm EST, or on the weekend, Will be processed the following business day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We provide a full money-back guarantee for all purchases done on our website. We will happily refund any items in original condition within 14 days of purchase. After the 14 days upon receive date, you must contact Glaze Hardware Customer Service to decide the best course of action. Please email us at info@glazeware.com.
