SHIPPING POLICY

GLAZE Hardware offers shipping via UPS and FedEx. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Typical delivery time for ground shipping is 2-4 working days. Orders are processed Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm ET, holidays excluded. Orders placed before 3 pm ET will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 3 pm ET, or on weekends or holidays, are processed the following business day. Shipping charges are based on the number of boxes in the shipment and their weight. Please specify any preference for overnight or two-day shipping on the notes section on the checkout page.




RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
