Glaze Hardware’s Premium Cap Rails are manufactured using a unique process called bump-forming, which ensures accuracy, consistency, and high quality. Unlike cap rails formed by rolling, bump-formed cap rails do not contain any stress or spring back. Welding on both sides of the channel adds strength and stability to the cap rail, making it more tolerant and long-lasting.
