The Wood’s Powr-Grip® High-Flow Quadra-Tilt is a hoist-mounted lifter for large, flat glass panels. Its four-bar linkage reduces the effort needed to tilt a pane from horizontal to upright. Movable pad mounts and removable arms let the installer adjust the frame to the panel.
Two independent vacuum circuits hold the load. Intelli-Grip® monitors vacuum and battery power and alerts the operator with a strobe and buzzer when a problem develops.
Maximum load — 1,400 lb (635 kg) with all eight pads in a full-capacity configuration. Reduced-pad configurations have lower ratings.
Vacuum pads — eight 11-inch lipped pads for smooth, flat, nonporous surfaces.
Rotation — 360° by hand, with locking positions every 90°.
Tilt — 90° of assisted manual movement between flat and upright.
Power — rechargeable 12 V DC battery with onboard charger.
