The CASMA Top Sidelite Patch Fitting is designed to provide secure support for frameless glass door systems with a transom panel above the door. Engineered for strength, precision, and long-lasting performance, this premium fitting ensures reliable pivoting operation while maintaining a clean, modern architectural appearance.

Compatible with 3/8" (10 mm) and 1/2" (12 mm) tempered glass, the fitting includes the CAS19029 Pivot and the CAS41410.C Cover Plate, providing everything needed for a professional installation. The cover plate conceals the mounting screws for a sleek, finished look.

Note: A glass cutout is required on all glass panels for proper installation.
