The Casma FRENUM Hydraulic Bottom Patch Hinge is made to be mounted into Wooden Doors. The Hinge is designed for interior doors up to 220 lbs with max width of 39-3/8”.
Hold-open door closers stay open after the door passes the 90º to 110º point. You can override this function by simply pushing the door toward the closed position. The closer will then start closing the door automatically.
CAS32400 Pivot is not included, to be ordered separately if needed.
