The Glaze Hardware Heavy-Duty Adapter Block is designed for use with Majesty HD (MAJ360-HD) and Legion HD (LPH360-HD) pivot hinges, excluding the standard MAJ360 and LPH360 series. This adapter block allows heavy-duty pivot hinges to be mounted directly into a Shower Header Assembly, providing a clean, secure, and professional installation.

Engineered for flexibility, the adapter block offers lateral adjustability to fine-tune hinge positioning as needed. A built-in clearance notch allows the block to fit beneath wall brackets when the hinge is installed close to a wall, ensuring compatibility in tight installations.

Installation requires drilling a 1/4″ (6 mm) hole into the header and removing the hinge base plate. Each Heavy-Duty Adapter Block is individually packaged and includes the required mounting screw.
